Our story
Ng Foundation is a not-for-profit private foundation established by Arden Ng. Arden’s journey has been aided by myriad opportunities, invaluable mentors, the act of paying it forward, and creating opportunities for his team to thrive and succeed, the latter which in turn, ultimately contributed to the success of his business, Blueback Global, a global business solutions provider.
Arden was born and raised in Singapore during the early years of the nation’s building phase following its independence in 1965 and greatly benefitted from its remarkable transformation from a third-world to a first-world country within a single generation.
Arden is driven to create opportunities for the less privileged based on the same fundamental principles of creating opportunities through meritocracy, education and building resilience, that propelled Singapore to become the world’s third most competitive economy in 2022.
